Test Engineer, Environmental Simulation Laboratory (ESL)

Eurofins is seeking a Test Engineer to join its Environmental Simulation Laboratory (ESL) team. This role involves conducting environmental simulation tests to assess product performance under various conditions, contributing to Eurofins' mission of ensuring product safety and reliability across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include interfacing directly with clients to assist in test preparation and overcoming challenges, scheduling and managing assigned projects from initiation to report issuance, and performing environmental simulation testing using specialized equipment and software. The Test Engineer will also perform mechanical designs using CAD software, assign and oversee tasks for Test Technicians, and assist with project scoping, quoting efforts, and ISO 17025 technical audits.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry knowledge, with four years of experience in vibration/shock testing and other environmental simulation tests. Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, a basic understanding of electricity and electronics, and experience with Microsoft Office are required. A clean driving record and authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship are also necessary.

The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid vacation and holidays. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
