Therapy Development Representative - Atlanta, GA

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Atlanta, GA, to enhance awareness and adoption of their FDA-approved medical device for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The representative will focus on educating healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, and cardiologists, to foster confidence in Inspire's therapy. Key responsibilities include planning and executing customer-targeting sequences, supporting community education programs, and collaborating with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps, as well as logging customer engagements in the CRM system.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and performing routine activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.

Compensation includes a base salary of $105,000, with additional benefits such as equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, flexible time off, and tuition reimbursement.
