MiQ Digital is seeking a Trading Manager to lead its LATAM Trading team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a global programmatic media partner, MiQ Digital leverages data, technology, and human insight to help brands and agencies make informed marketing decisions. The Trading Manager will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across programmatic campaign execution, optimization, and profitability within the region.

In this role, the Trading Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of Traders across LATAM. Responsibilities include setting team priorities, balancing workloads, and ensuring high standards in operational and analytical execution. The manager will oversee campaign setup, quality assurance, launch, pacing, and optimization across multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). They will ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs), margin goals, quality standards, and company policies. Additionally, the manager will act as an escalation point for pricing, custom rates, and special packages in partnership with Trading Leadership and Finance. Monitoring campaign and portfolio profitability, adjusting delivery and performance as needed, and supporting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), scoping, and client proposals with strong tactical recommendations are also key aspects of the role. Collaboration with internal and client-facing teams to explain results, optimizations, and growth opportunities is essential. The manager will drive best practices, governance, documentation, and process consistency across LATAM.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in programmatic trading, ad operations, or performance marketing, with at least two years leading teams or coordinating Traders. Strong hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or similar platforms is required. A solid understanding of pacing, bidding, optimization, segmentation, viewability, brand safety, and measurement is essential. Experience with pricing models such as CPM, CPCV, dCPM, and performance-based buying is necessary. Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets are important. Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders are vital. Proficiency in English is required, and Portuguese is a plus.
