As a Trainer in Automotive Technology at Autohero, you will play a pivotal role in our workshop located in Ketzin, near Berlin. Autohero is an online shop specializing in certified used cars and is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading car trading platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards in the preparation of our premium vehicles through comprehensive training and coaching programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing practical training materials and conducting modern workshop training sessions. You will guide exercises involving engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems, impart diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques, assess performance, and provide individualized feedback. Additionally, you will educate staff on safety regulations and the proper use of tools.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and in automotive workshops. Proficiency with diagnostic and measuring devices, a precise and analytical work approach, strong teamwork capabilities, and excellent coaching and communication skills are essential. Fluency in German is required.
