Training Specialist (Contractor)
eClinical Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist (Contractor) to join their team. This role involves managing and delivering effective knowledge transfer solutions for both eClinical Solutions and its clients. The Training Specialist will ensure that all client work meets or exceeds expectations, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating clinical development initiatives through expert data services and the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project management activities across all project phases, and providing consulting services to determine training needs. The role also involves analyzing and designing training and documentation solutions tailored to specific job roles and business processes, developing training materials using authoring tools like Captivate or Articulate, and delivering training through various formats such as instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, and e-learning. Ensuring compliance with eClinical and industry quality standards is also a critical aspect of this position.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those with over two years of experience in instructional design and the application of adult learning theory principles. Demonstrated success in assessing needs, developing and delivering effective training and documentation solutions, and facilitating training sessions, including virtual online training, is essential. Strong project management experience, team leadership skills, and proficiency in e-learning development tools are also required. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodology is advantageous.
