Transaction Administrator
The Transaction Administrator role at Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office is a full-time, on-site position supporting a top-performing retail/net lease brokerage team. Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of listing materials, maintaining transaction files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating communications among all parties involved in transactions. The role also involves drafting templated contract documents, coordinating property site visits and inspections, and ensuring timely document completion by proactively following up with escrow/title companies, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and broker teams.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in commercial or residential real estate. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using AI tools for drafting and research tasks are also required. Prior administrative or customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills.
