Transformation Manager
The Transformation Manager at Clifford Chance Amsterdam will play a pivotal role in enhancing and modernizing the firm's operations to deliver exceptional value to clients and improve internal processes. This position involves close collaboration with the Transformation leadership in India and is primarily responsible for executing medium-sized transformation projects across Business Professional (BP) functions, ensuring that the benefits of these projects are fully realized. Additionally, the role may support transformation initiatives within Global Business Units (GBUs).
Key responsibilities include supporting and deploying digital agents or technological solutions in priority areas as determined by BP leadership, demonstrating effective change management and communication skills, and implementing process improvements. The Transformation Manager will also be tasked with defining and introducing new operational methods, including the integration of technology and artificial intelligence, managing various improvement and change management projects, and tracking the benefits to drive further engagement. Collaboration with BP stakeholders and staying abreast of advancements in AI and related technologies to apply this knowledge within the firm are also essential aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering business transformation projects and programs within a professional services environment. Experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, with a focus on realizing associated benefits, is crucial. Strong consulting skills, including creative, strategic, critical, and organizational thinking, are essential. A degree-level education or equivalent is required.
