Treasury & Operations Manager (TradFi)

The Treasury & Operations Manager (TradFi) at Hyphen Connect is a pivotal role within the company's financial services division, serving as the central hub for trade lifecycle management. This position demands a professional with extensive experience in traditional financial markets, particularly in high-stakes over-the-counter (OTC) environments, and a meticulous approach to settlements and risk management.

Key responsibilities include executing complex trading instructions across various asset classes such as stocks, bonds, and derivatives, with a focus on trading desk operations. The role also involves daily position reconciliation, profit and loss analysis, and valuation for multi-asset portfolios. Additionally, the manager will monitor market, credit, and liquidity risk indicators, manage cash allocation and forecasting to support fund subscriptions and redemptions, and refine middle-office workflows to enhance automation and reduce operational friction between investment and go-to-market teams.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in middle or back-office roles at a Tier-1 asset manager, securities firm, or hedge fund. Extensive knowledge of trading workflows and traditional clearing and settlement systems is essential. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, along with logical thinking skills, is required. Holding a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or a similar professional qualification is highly preferred.
