Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney to join our Murfreesboro, Tennessee office. As a key member of our litigation team, you will represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, focusing primarily on motor vehicle and trucking accidents. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment committed to advocating for the rights of individuals.

In this position, you will manage a high volume of litigation cases, handling all aspects from drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests, and motions to guiding clients through the legal process. Responsibilities also include interacting with expert witnesses, preparing expert reports and affidavits, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar. A proven ability to manage a substantial caseload, excellent client service and communication skills, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities are essential. Self-motivation and a commitment to long-term career goals are also important qualities for success in this role.
