Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney to join our Knoxville, Tennessee office. As a key member of our litigation team, you will represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, contributing to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of litigation cases, draft and file legal documents including pleadings and motions, and guide clients through the legal process. Responsibilities also encompass interacting with expert witnesses, preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited institution, be an active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar, and demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals with superior writing and oral advocacy abilities is essential.
