Trial Attorney

In this role, the Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of motor vehicle accident cases, handling all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; guiding clients through the legal process; collaborating with expert witnesses to prepare reports and affidavits; and preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. The firm emphasizes frequent trial experience, with attorneys expected to try cases regularly.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. A minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or auto liability cases is preferred. Strong client service and communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
