In this role, the attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, encompassing both pre-litigation and litigation phases. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; guiding clients through the legal process; collaborating with expert witnesses; and preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. The firm emphasizes providing attorneys with frequent trial experience, aiming to double the number of cases tried annually in the coming years.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar. A minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or general liability law is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Strong client service and communication skills, self-motivation, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities are essential.
