Trial Attorney - Trucking

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney specializing in trucking personal injury cases to join our Indianapolis office. As a key member of our litigation team, you will represent plaintiffs in catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases, contributing to our mission of advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of litigation cases, draft and file essential legal documents, and guide clients through the legal process. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with expert witnesses, preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Indiana State Bar. Required qualifications include trial experience, excellent client service and communication skills, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals is essential.
