The User Voice Lead for China, Japan, South Korea, and India at Canva will act as the regional champion for user feedback and advocacy, playing a pivotal role in aligning product development with regional user needs. This position is part of Canva’s User Voice team, which is dedicated to driving user-centric decision making across the company as it rapidly expands its global footprint. Canva, a leading online design and visual communication platform, is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences for its diverse, international audience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on user insights across the assigned markets, ensuring local user voices are incorporated into product planning. Day-to-day work involves facilitating feedback loops between users and product teams, organizing listening initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address user pain points. You will regularly synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, represent the perspective of local users in company forums, and surface trends and actionable opportunities.

The ideal candidate has robust experience in user research, advocacy, or customer insights within technology or digital product environments, preferably across multiple Asian markets. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one major regional language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Hindi) are essential, along with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. A background in program management or community engagement is highly desirable.
