SeatGeek is seeking a recent graduate to join their User Experience (UX) team as a UX Designer. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of user-friendly experiences for millions of live event attendees. As a member of the UX team, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure that all experiences are high quality, easy to use, and solve real problems, driving long-term business value.

In this position, you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors by working closely with Product Management, Research, and Analytics teams. You will partner with a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences that address real problems and contribute to long-term business objectives. Additionally, you will actively participate in experience reviews to refine and improve the quality of your work and the work of the entire UX team.

The ideal candidate is a college student graduating in the spring or summer of 2027, with coursework, projects, or internship experience that demonstrate an understanding of UX principles. Familiarity with design tools like Figma and a strong interest in user experience and visual design are essential. The candidate should be eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-moving, fan-focused environment, with a curiosity about users and a passion for improving their experience through design. Collaboration skills are crucial, as the role involves working with a diverse group of people who take pride in mentoring and learning from others.

Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 USD, with actual compensation packages based on factors such as skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications. Additional benefits include equity stake, a work-from-home stipend to support your home office setup, unlimited paid time off, up to 16 weeks of fully paid family leave, 401(k) matching, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, up to $25,000 towards family building services, $500 per year for wellness expenses, subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical, $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events, and an annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music.
