Vice President, Head of Marketing
Lila Sciences is seeking a Vice President, Head of Marketing to accelerate commercial growth and forge strategic partnerships. This executive role involves collaborating closely with the CEO/Founder and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Revenue, Product, and Scientific leadership, to translate advanced scientific capabilities into enterprise-ready programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing an integrated demand generation engine targeting senior scientific and business leaders. Key responsibilities include developing account-based marketing programs, optimizing channel strategies across various platforms, and establishing reporting mechanisms that link marketing activities to pipeline outcomes. Additionally, the role involves creating go-to-market strategies with partners, developing co-marketing materials, and identifying ecosystems that align with Lila's commercial expansion goals.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with senior leadership roles in enterprise or technical markets. A proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue outcomes through demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, and partner marketing is essential. Strong product marketing instincts for complex technical products, the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, and experience in building scalable marketing functions are also required.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $228,000 to $304,000 annually, along with bonus potential and generous early-stage equity.
