Vice President, Production Operations
The Vice President of Production Operations at Fictiv is a strategic executive leader responsible for ensuring the company's operational readiness to fulfill customer production commitments. This role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end operational framework, including people, processes, technology, and supply chain, to drive flawless execution across all customer production programs. The VP will build and lead a high-performing operations organization capable of scaling with business growth while consistently meeting customer expectations for quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the operational readiness framework, collaborating with cross-functional leadership to ensure product market fit and operational deliverability, and developing and executing a multi-year operations strategy aligned with company growth targets and customer commitments. The VP will also establish clear operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance rhythms to provide visibility and accountability across the production operations function.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in production operations, including live studio or control room environments, with a proven track record of managing multi-location technical operations teams and facilities. Strong knowledge of live broadcast and digital production systems, workflows, and technology trends is essential. The candidate should also have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong partnerships across editorial, engineering, and operations teams, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This is a remote role, but it requires frequent travel (approximately 25–40%) to various supply regions, customer locations, and operational hubs.
