Key responsibilities include owning and managing relationships with top-revenue VIP clients, acting as their primary point of contact for onboarding, account support, product adoption, and portfolio growth. The manager is expected to proactively drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the VIP product suite, identify opportunities to increase client assets under management and trading activity, and provide personalized insights and market updates to deepen client loyalty. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and representing the brand at exclusive VIP events.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto industries. Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients is essential. Strong commercial acumen, high emotional intelligence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build credibility and rapport with sophisticated clients are crucial. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, real-time communication tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp, and a strong interest in digital assets and emerging financial products are also important.
