is seeking an ambitious and highly commercial VIP Relationship Manager to join our team in New York. As a trusted advisor and relationship manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering a white-glove, concierge-style experience. This role is integral to expanding client engagement across our trading, Earn, lending, OTC, and referral programs.

In this position, you will manage a portfolio of top-revenue VIP clients, serving as their primary point of contact for onboarding, account support, product adoption, and portfolio growth. Your responsibilities include driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our VIP product suite, identifying ways to increase client assets under management and trading activity, and conducting structured discovery conversations to understand client goals and preferences. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and act as the voice of the VIP client by providing product feedback and insights.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto industries. A strong commercial mindset, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills are essential. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, real-time communication tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp, and a strong interest in digital assets and emerging financial products are also required. Experience in crypto, trading platforms, or institutional brokerage environments is highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive full-time salary based on experience, along with meaningful equity in an industry-leading company. The position is based in our New York office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
