Key responsibilities include leading a unified omnichannel team covering various addressable channels, architecting integrated activation plans that connect audiences, creative, and measurement across the full addressable mix, and operationalizing WPP Media's unified addressable operating model. The VP also serves as the senior addressable voice on agency leadership teams and in client conversations, identifying and winning new business opportunities, and building trusted, executive-level relationships that bridge client, agency, and WPP Media stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advertising, media, or the AdTech industry, with a strong background in programmatic media and addressable media. Experience in developing new advertising solutions or media products, business development, and partnership building is essential. A deep understanding of data-driven advertising and media strategy is also required.
