Additionally, the role involves acting as a senior strategic partner to clients, building relationships with C-suite stakeholders across marketing, commerce, and commercial sectors, and translating complex commerce ecosystems into actionable frameworks and growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commerce strategy, performance marketing, and leading large-scale client relationships. Deep expertise in modern commerce disciplines—including retail media, social commerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C) models, marketplace strategy, and emerging agentic commerce models—is essential. Strong strategic and operational skills are required, with the ability to translate complex business problems into growth strategies. Exceptional communication and influence skills with senior executives and partners are also critical.
