As Vice President of Growth at KOHO, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy of the business, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and working closely with Product, Data, Brand, Finance, and Operations.
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and scaling KOHO’s user base efficiently and sustainably across all acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization levers, while balancing performance marketing, product-led growth, and data-informed decision-making in a highly regulated fintech environment.
You will build, lead, and develop a high-impact growth organization, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the executive team on long-term growth, market expansion, and investment allocation.
