VP of Total Rewards and Analytics
The Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Analytics at KnowBe4 is responsible for leading the company's global total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and equity programs across all operating regions. This role focuses on developing internationally competitive, scalable compensation frameworks that are fully integrated within Workday, moving beyond US-centric processes to address global market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a global total rewards strategy that aligns with KnowBe4's compensation philosophy, building international compensation frameworks, and optimizing total rewards data and workflows within Workday. The VP will drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools to automate compensation analysis, establish a global compensation benchmarking program, and partner with executive leadership to design and administer various compensation programs. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular pay equity analyses, simplifying total rewards operations, and leading the HR Analytics function to provide data-driven workforce insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in global compensation and/or total rewards, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility and subject matter expertise. Demonstrated experience in designing and managing compensation programs across multiple countries and regions is essential, as is the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and cultural considerations.
