About the Role

Fluidstack is scaling into one of the largest AI infrastructure platforms in the world, and supply chain is a strategic differentiator. As VP, Supply Chain, you will own the complete supply chain function: the processes, systems, and supplier relationships that put compute capacity in the ground ahead of demand.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely organizational one. You will directly manage commodity and sourcing managers, our procurement team, and logistics coordinators across MEP, IT infrastructure categories, and contract labor. You will personally own our most critical supplier relationships, negotiate our largest agreements, and stay close to day-to-day execution on supply risk and logistics performance.

You Will

- Directly manage a team of commodity and sourcing managers, procurement coordinators, and on-site logistics coordinators: setting direction, unblocking execution, and developing the people who run Fluidstack's supply chain day to day

- Personally own sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for our highest-impact categories: AI servers and GPU systems, storage and networking hardware, long-lead MEP equipment (generators, UPS, transformers, cooling, electrical switchgear), and contractor/labor supply chains
