Werkstattleiter / KFZ-Meister (d/m/w)

As a Werkstattleiter / KFZ-Meister (d/m/w) at Auto1, you will lead and manage one of our workshop teams, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle repairs and maintenance. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, coordinating repairs with external service providers, and providing technical guidance on diagnostics, maintenance, and the implementation of new repair methods. You will also be responsible for timely procurement of spare parts and handling warranty and goodwill claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

The ideal candidate has completed training as a KFZ Mechatroniker or KFZ Mechaniker, with leadership experience in a comparable position. A strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, customer orientation, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in German and familiarity with common software applications are also required.
