Ideal candidates are enrolled university students, preferably in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a related field. Excellent organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and strong communication abilities in both written and spoken German and English are essential. Experience with MS Office and a proactive approach to learning are valued, as is an interest in HR processes and people development.
