Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a rapidly growing practice group, handling a substantial caseload and participating in various hearings.

As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases and hearings, drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association, have the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings, excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
