Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation practice group in Fort Lauderdale or Fort Myers, Florida. The firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies, with a mission centered on consumer advocacy. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this position, the Associate Attorney will manage a caseload involving workers' compensation cases, including handling hearings, drafting litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, and guiding clients through the legal process. The role also involves collaborating with expert witnesses, preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar. A minimum of one year of workers' compensation experience is preferred, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Strong client service and communication skills, self-motivation, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities are essential.
