As a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will handle a heavy and complex caseload, including cases and hearings. Your responsibilities will encompass drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. You will guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses—including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits—and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of workers' compensation experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Excellent client service and communication skills are essential, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy skills. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals is highly desirable.

Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 USD annually for this position. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
