Workers' Compensation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm founded in 1988, is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its expanding practice in Arizona. In this role, the attorney will manage a substantial caseload, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases and hearings. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; guiding clients through the legal process; collaborating with expert witnesses; and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of workers' compensation experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Strong client service and communication skills, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities, are essential.
