Workers' Compensation Attorney

As a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of cases and hearings, drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memorandums. You will guide clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses—including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits—and prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of workers' compensation experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Excellent client service and communication skills, a self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
