As a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for managing a heavy and complex caseload, including handling cases and hearings on a daily basis. Your duties will involve drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandums. You will guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses, including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits. Additionally, you will prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of three years of workers' compensation experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Excellent client service and communication skills are essential, as well as being a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are also necessary for success in this role.
