The position also entails monitoring campaign performance, requesting proofs of advertisements from vendors, and reconciling discrepancies in invoices and bookings. Additionally, the Associate will collaborate closely with media planners and vendors to address any issues related to overspends or underspends, ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates should have completed a Technical College program or hold a Technical Degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros, is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for success in this role.
