In this role, the Account Administration Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through multiple communication channels with a strong emphasis on customer service. Responsibilities include educating customers on servicing processes, conducting loan administration tasks such as reviewing and processing loan documentation, and collaborating with internal operational departments to process requests. The position also involves providing technical support and troubleshooting a variety of issues, all while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, with a preference for backgrounds in loan products such as HELOCs, mortgages, or personal loans. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a positive, problem-solving approach to customer service. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability to evolving processes and structures, possess excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology platforms.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of up to $59,800 per year, with an additional 15% annual bonus target, paid monthly.
