The Treasury and FinOps Analyst at Figure plays a pivotal role in managing the company's liquidity operations, cash and digital asset oversight, and financial controls within a complex, multi-entity framework. This position is integral to ensuring accurate daily visibility of cash and digital assets, executing essential funding activities, and supporting operational payment workflows that maintain the company's seamless operations. The analyst collaborates closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to uphold robust treasury controls and contribute to the scaling of Figure's proprietary financial infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive cash and inventory reports across various entities to provide total liquidity visibility, which supports both immediate actions and long-term forecasting. The analyst monitors and reconciles daily bank balances and transaction activities across all operating accounts, performs daily cash positioning to meet liquidity requirements for funding and operational processes, and executes cash movements such as wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations in compliance with approval protocols and SOX controls. Additionally, the role involves managing funding operations for loan sales, ensuring strict adherence to legal agreements, supporting vendor payment processing, collaborating with the Accounting department on month-end close processes, and owning the communication of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as mandated by legal agreements. The analyst also partners with Product, Data, Engineering, and Legal teams to streamline data collection and resolve financial queries, reconciles loan and collateral data for accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records, continuously improves existing workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency, and contributes to the company's capital-raising initiatives, including debt financings.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in funding, treasury, or financial operations. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Proficiency in maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly Kyriba, is highly preferred, along with experience in cash forecasting. The role demands intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms such as Tableau. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A curiosity and drive to learn about blockchain technology and a willingness to contribute wherever needed are also valued.

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $76,500 to $103,500 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. Employees are also granted company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
