Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across its diverse financial product suite. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partnerships, Sales, Growth, and Communications.
In this role, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop clear and differentiated messaging for Figure's product portfolio, encompassing HELOCs, mortgages, and crypto-backed offerings. They will create tailored messaging frameworks for various audiences, such as homeowners, mortgage partners, financial advisors, and institutional investors. The manager will also define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels and materials. Additionally, they will collaborate with partners to author success stories and drive new business opportunities.
Candidates should have over six years of product marketing experience with proven success in both B2B and direct-to-consumer environments, preferably within fintech or financial services. Experience in regulated industries requiring collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to build, lead, or scale a product marketing function within a high-growth company, possess strong project management skills, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, along with experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, are also required.
The total cash compensation for this role ranges from $187,500 to $225,000, inclusive of base salary and quarterly bonuses.
