Avetta is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within the automotive sector, focusing on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier networks. This role is integral to expanding Avetta's presence by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategies to generate business opportunities. The successful candidate will employ a consultative sales approach to uncover challenges and craft solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and signed agreements. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met at every stage, maintain a well-managed pipeline in Salesforce, and provide clear, timely forecasts and insights to leadership. Additionally, the role involves representing Avetta at industry trade shows, conducting comprehensive product demonstrations online, and traveling regularly to client sites within the assigned territory to strengthen client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of SaaS sales experience, including three to five years at the enterprise level. Proven experience selling into the automotive ecosystem, particularly to OEMs and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, is essential. Strong organizational skills are required to manage significant travel, meeting coordination, and response management for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Superior interpersonal and written communication skills, along with the ability to confidently present complex topics to groups, are also necessary. A self-motivated individual capable of setting and achieving goals independently, with a solid understanding of SaaS-based software functionality, will thrive in this role.

The company is committed to salary transparency, with the base salary range for this position being $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
