As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving mission-critical and transformational projects for high-value organizations. This position involves close collaboration with Conga's Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business and Sales Development teams, as well as direct engagement with customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a robust territory strategy that leverages multiple resources to achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities include sourcing new logos and expanding existing customer relationships through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives. You will be expected to conduct deep discovery processes, align with multiple decision-makers, build meaningful business relationships, and develop a strong sales pipeline. Additionally, you will work closely with departments such as RevOps, Business Applications, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure a cohesive sales approach.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas, with strong experience in strategic prospecting and customer engagement. A background in SaaS and/or the Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous. Essential skills include a strategic mindset, the ability to build and grow pipelines, and a results-driven approach to sales.
