Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager at Conga, you will lead the expansion of our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions into new CRM ecosystems, including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and SAP. This role is pivotal in architecting seamless integrations using top-tier platforms, translating our native capabilities into exceptional multi-CRM experiences that address complex revenue operations challenges. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions maintain industry-leading functionality and user experience across diverse CRM environments.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining and maintaining product roadmaps that prioritize stability, customer retention, and sustainable incremental improvement. You'll own and groom backlogs across multiple scrum teams, balancing bug fixes, technical debt, and customer-driven enhancements. Serving as the primary product voice for customer escalations, you'll partner with engineering leads to make sound trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and velocity. Monitoring product health metrics and collaborating with marketing, customer success, and sales teams will also be key aspects of your role.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with deep expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and a proven track record of delivering complex integrations across multiple ecosystems. Experience with integration platforms like Workato or MuleSoft, and a strong background in revenue operations domains such as CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Order Management, or Billing, is highly desirable. Technical fluency with modern integration patterns, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, along with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value, is essential.
