Account Executive, Enterprise - EMEA
As an Account Executive at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This position is integral to our sales team, focusing on delivering enterprise-wide solutions across various strategic industries within the B2B sector. Conga is a leader in revenue lifecycle management, offering a comprehensive platform that integrates Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Document Automation capabilities to help businesses streamline their operations and achieve scalable growth.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing territory, account, and opportunity plans to optimize revenue within your assigned region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will ensure that client needs are met with tailored solutions that drive transformational change.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years in successful B2B technology enterprise sales within the SaaS industry. Essential qualifications include proficiency in revenue management principles, a consistent history of exceeding quota and revenue targets, and the ability to cultivate strategic partnerships. Experience with AI and machine learning applications in revenue management is highly valued. A hunter mentality is crucial, with a focus on pursuing new business opportunities, complemented by strong solution-selling skills and excellent communication abilities.
