Account Executive, Enterprise- West Coast
As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Conga, you will be responsible for selling mission-critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. This role involves collaborating closely with Conga Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development teams, and customers. You will develop and execute a strong territory strategy, working with multiple resources to drive sales and align with various executives across departments.
Key responsibilities include sourcing new logos and expanding current customers through up-sell and cross-sell motions. You will create and implement territory strategies, prospecting and aligning with executives in RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations. Additionally, you will co-sell with Core Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas and thrives on the thrill of the hunt. Experience in the SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous. A strategic mindset is essential, involving deep discovery, alignment with multiple decision-makers, building meaningful business relationships, developing and growing pipelines, and providing value to customers. Conga offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical and dental insurance, flexible work options, and a variable incentive pay component. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $160,000 USD, with individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
