As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Conga, you will be responsible for selling mission-critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. You will collaborate closely with Conga Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development teams, and customers. This role involves creating a strong territory strategy, prospecting, and aligning with various executives across departments such as RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations.

Key responsibilities include sourcing new logos and expanding current customers through up-sell and cross-sell motions. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, build meaningful business relationships, and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you will co-sell with Core Account Executives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas and thrives on the thrill of the hunt. Experience in the SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous. A strategic mindset is essential, involving deep discovery, alignment with multiple decision-makers, and the ability to develop and grow pipelines while providing value to customers. Conga offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical and dental insurance, flexible work options, and a variable incentive pay component. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $160,000 USD, with individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
