The Account Executive - Existing Accounts - EMEA at Avetta is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. This role focuses on ensuring optimal use and satisfaction with Avetta's solutions to secure continued expansion. The Account Executive represents the full range of company products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that clients' needs and expectations are met.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors within the Safety, Procurement, Finance/Risk, and Legal functions at both client site and corporate levels. The Account Executive collaborates with Client Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure a high level of satisfaction with Avetta's solutions and services. Additionally, they create and document strategic account plans, perform remote and onsite client reviews, communicate new features and products, and identify expansion opportunities within assigned clients.

The ideal candidate is accountable for results and deliverables, able to work independently and proactively. They should have experience in managing renewal and/or expansion/upsell quotas with consistent proven success. A minimum of 2 years of account management experience in a mid-market software or complex sales environment, ideally within a SaaS context, is required. Global experience is highly preferred. The candidate must possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and and excellent time-management skills. A strong understanding of sales methodologies, with experience in Challenger and MEDDPICC, is highly preferred.
