Account Executive General Interest
As an Account Executive at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by selling mission-critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Transformation Specialists, and customers to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to aligning pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications to streamline commercial operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating a robust territory strategy that leverages multiple resources, including Business and Sales Development. You will be tasked with prospecting new clients, co-selling with partners, and aligning with various internal departments such as RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives. Additionally, you will focus on sourcing new logos and expanding current customer relationships through up-sell and cross-sell motions, ensuring the continuous growth and success of the business.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, high-performing, and results-driven sales professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve success creatively. A proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas is essential, along with a passion for the thrill of the hunt. Experience in the SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous. A strategic mindset is crucial, encompassing deep discovery, alignment with multiple decision-makers, building meaningful business relationships, developing and growing pipelines, providing value to customers, and creating priority.
