Lighthouse is seeking a Market Manager for the LATAM region to drive the expansion of our innovative B2B SaaS platform within the hospitality industry. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from sourcing new clients to demonstrating our product and closing deals, with the goal of increasing direct bookings for hotel brands in Mexico and the broader LATAM market.

Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking. The Market Manager will develop and execute targeted business development plans to achieve sales targets, deliver tailored product demonstrations to key decision-makers, and attend industry conferences and business trips to build a robust pipeline and secure key accounts. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts that balance client value with company profit margins and maintaining meticulous records of sales activities using Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of the travel or hospitality industry. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should be comfortable leading meetings with C-level executives, presenting at industry conferences, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. Willingness and ability to travel frequently are also necessary.
