As an Account Executive at Lawmatics, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities within the legal industry, specifically targeting law firms. Your primary focus will be on closing revenue through multiple channels, including inbound leads, self-generated prospects, and outbound support from Business Development Representatives. This position is hybrid-based in La Jolla, California, with in-office work from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, prioritizing, and managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include actively seeking new opportunities, handling sales inquiries efficiently, conducting product demonstrations, and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a focus on professional services sectors like legal, healthcare, or accounting. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and Seamless AI are essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment are also crucial.

Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $149,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
