A key focus is developing customer community and advocacy initiatives, offering substantial ownership from the outset.

Key responsibilities include managing the marketing team's Asana workspace by organizing projects, assigning tasks, and maintaining clear timelines. The coordinator conducts daily team check-ins to identify and address blockers promptly. They build and maintain templates and workflows for recurring marketing initiatives, such as campaign launches, content calendars, product launches, and events. Additionally, the role involves drafting customer-facing content, including emails, case studies, surveys, in-app messages, and community posts, tailored for legal professionals. Supporting the SVP of Growth with presentation materials and maintaining the content calendar are also essential duties.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field. Exceptional written communication skills are essential, with the ability to write clearly and naturally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple workstreams effectively. Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Notion is necessary. A proactive mindset and curiosity about marketing and customer engagement are highly valued. Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous but not mandatory.

The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Lawmatics provides a hybrid work environment, requiring on-site presence from Monday to Wednesday at the La Jolla, San Diego office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
