Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise
As an Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving mission-critical and transformational projects for organizations of significant value. This position involves close collaboration with Conga's Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development teams, and customers. Your primary focus will be on creating a robust territory strategy that leverages multiple resources, including Business and Sales Development, to prospect and engage with key stakeholders across RevOps, Business Applications, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations departments.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include sourcing new logos and expanding existing customer relationships through up-sell and cross-sell motions. You will be expected to conduct deep discovery sessions, align with multiple decision-makers, build meaningful business relationships, develop and grow pipeline opportunities, and provide substantial value to customers. Co-selling with Core Account Executives and effectively managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders will be essential to your success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in prospecting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas. Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem are advantageous. A strategic mindset is crucial, encompassing the ability to perform deep discovery, align with various decision-makers, and build meaningful business relationships.
