Account Executive, SaaS Sales (East Region)
The Account Executive, SaaS Sales (East Region) at Avetta is responsible for driving new client acquisition and managing relationships during the initial phases of the client journey. This role involves engaging with enterprise prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting Avetta's supply chain risk management solutions to foster sustainable growth. The position is remote, focusing on clients within the Eastern United States.
Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Account Executive will also participate in business development initiatives, represent Avetta at industry trade shows, and conduct online product demonstrations. Regular travel to client sites within the assigned territory is required to strengthen client relationships.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of SaaS sales experience, including 3-5 years at the enterprise level. Experience in selling safety-related products or services, working with contractors, or in procurement is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and proficiency in public speaking are essential. A self-motivated attitude and technical understanding of SaaS functionalities are also required.
