Account Executive, Strategic Enterprise
Braze is seeking an Account Executive, Strategic Enterprise to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier brands, understanding their organizational complexities, and driving strategic account growth. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of empowering brands to deliver personalized customer experiences through our innovative customer engagement platform.
As an Account Executive, you will identify and pursue new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts. You will develop and manage relationships with high-profile accounts, implement a consultative sales approach to address priority business challenges, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, you will drive account expansion within assigned accounts using market insights and educate clients on industry trends, positioning Braze as a trusted partner.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and strategic sales, with a proven track record in executing complex deal cycles and driving high-value sales opportunities. A strong understanding of value-based selling techniques, familiarity with Force Management’s sales training, and experience with or similar CRMs are essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to navigate large organizations, and a willingness to travel as needed are also required.
